We're creating an ecosystem where local businesses, trusted experts, and engaged readers come
together to elevate our community.

We intentionally chose not to take outside investment because we believe some things are worth
protecting: editorial integrity, authentic storytelling, and the freedom to build something

Now we're looking for one of our very first Growth Partners to help us make that vision a reality.

The Opportunity
This isn't a typical sales job.
You'll become one of the first people introducing Well LIV'd to Kansas City's wellness
community and helping businesses discover how powerful authentic storytelling can be.
You'll build relationships with owners who genuinely care about improving people's lives, NOT
simply selling advertising.

You'll help bring together the founding businesses that shape what Well LIV'd becomes.

What You'll Do
You'll introduce Well LIV'd to outstanding local businesses, including:
 Wellness practitioners
 Functional & integrative medical providers
 Fitness studios & personal trainers
 Nutrition professionals
 Healthy restaurants & cafés
 Beauty & aesthetics providers
 Home & lifestyle brands
 Local retailers
 Community organizations

Your role is consultative. You'll listen. Learn. Build relationships. And help businesses determine
whether Well LIV'd is the right fit for them.

Growth & Earnings

This role begins as a commission-based, 1099 contractor opportunity because we're intentionally growing Well
LIV'd organically rather than through outside investment.
Our compensation rewards the value you create while giving you the opportunity to grow
alongside the company.

Performance Tier 1:  20% Commission
Earn 20% commission on every sale until reaching $20,000 in quarterly sales.

Performance Tier 2:  25% Commission
Every sale after $20,000 earns 25% commission.

Fast Commission Payments
Once a client pays their invoice, your commission is processed on the next scheduled
commission payout, so you're rewarded quickly for the business you bring in.
As Well LIV'd continues to grow, we fully expect this role to evolve into a hybrid compensation
model that includes base pay, additional incentives, and leadership opportunities.
